Shipping
We ship within the United States with signature confirmation. Most in-stock pieces ship within 3 business days. Select special orders can be hand delivered by our concierge upon request.
Duties & Taxes
For U.S. deliveries, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Duties and tariffs do not apply to standard domestic shipments. Any exceptions will be confirmed by the concierge before fulfillment.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days on unworn items in original condition. Bespoke pieces are final sale.
Warranty & Care
Care warranty includes one accidental damage repair within three years of purchase. The concierge will confirm eligibility and coordinate service. Keep your jewelry in the provided packaging when not worn for the best care.
Sourcing
Conflict-free diamonds and responsibly sourced metals. Provenance documentation available on request.
